The promoters and promoter group of NDR Auto Components Limited have transferred 1,73,95,361 equity shares (73.13% of total share capital) to the Rohit Relan Family Trust through 9 gift deeds dated September 26, 2025. The largest transferor is Rohit Relan, contributing 97,23,948 shares (40.88%), with other family members (Ritu, Ayush, Pranav, and Rishabh Relan) contributing the balance.
