NDR Auto Components reported Q4 FY'25 total income of Rs. 193.21 crore (up 9.17% YoY) with EBITDA of Rs. 21.86 crore (up 25.80%) at 11.31% margin, and PAT of Rs. 16.45 crore (up 44.11% YoY). For full-year FY'25, revenue stood at Rs. 717.10 crore (up 18.5%) with EBITDA at Rs. 77.65 crore and PAT at Rs. 53.25 crore, while ROE and ROCE remained strong at 25.78% and 32.29% respectively. The company announced a 50-50 joint venture with Japan's Hayashi Telempu (Rs. 33.3 crore investment each), with the JV already winning its first order from Toyota for Ambient Lighting. Management outlined a 5-year vision to reach Rs. 3,000 crore revenue by FY'30 (Rs. 2,000 crore organic, Rs. 1,000 crore from JVs and M&A), guided EBITDA margins at 10-12%, and confirmed the company is debt-free with Rs. 80 crore cash and no current plans for equity fundraising.
Strong Q4 with sharp PAT growth, robust return ratios, and a credible expansion roadmap (Hayashi JV, new Toyota orders) are positive for the stock. The Rs. 3,000 crore FY'30 target and visible order book of Rs. 1,100-1,200 crore provide multi-year growth visibility, though heavy Maruti dependence (~70% of revenue) remains a key concentration risk.
