Kissht reported its first set of results following its NSE/BSE listing on May 8, 2026. FY26 PAT surged 75% YoY to ₹281 Cr, outpacing AUM growth of 73% to ₹7,066 Cr, reflecting strong operating leverage and improving credit costs. Q4 PAT stood at ₹82 Cr (+57% YoY). Asset quality improved sharply with GNPA (Stage 3) at 2.12%, down 78 bps QoQ, while NNPA remained a lean 0.29%. RoAE jumped to 23.97% (+622 bps YoY) and diluted EPS came in at ₹21.4. Off-book AUM accounts for ~50% of total across 8 co-lending partners. The ₹850 Cr IPO was completed with 9.9x subscription and ~₹637 Cr of proceeds have already been infused into the NBFC subsidiary Si Creva Capital. CRISIL upgraded the credit rating to A-/Stable. For FY27, management guided for 40%+ AUM growth, credit cost reduction of 10-15% YoY, GNPA below 2.25%, RoAAUM of 4.5-5.0%, and RoAE of 19-21%.
Strong first post-listing results with accelerating profitability, improving asset quality, and a clear growth roadmap should be positively received by the market, especially given the 40%+ AUM guidance and capital-light model.
