Piramal Finance has crossed the ₹1 lakh crore AUM milestone, reaching ₹1,01,230 crore as of March 2026, representing 25% YoY growth. The company achieved FY26 consolidated PAT of ₹1,506 crore (up 210% YoY) and Growth business PBT of ₹1,560 crore (up 74% YoY), meeting all its targets for the year. Retail lending now comprises 85% of total AUM at ₹85,885 crore, while Legacy AUM has declined to just 3% of total. Asset quality remains stable with GNPA at 2.3% and NNPA at 1.6%. The company also secured inaugural DFI funding of $350 million from IFC and ADB, and received multiple credit rating upgrades to AA+ during Q4 FY26.
Strong operational performance with significant profit growth and improving asset quality positions the stock favorably. The company has set FY27 targets of 25% AUM growth and ~50% PAT growth, with RoAUM expected to reach ~2.5%, indicating continued profitability improvement.
