Piramal Finance has disclosed its investor presentation ahead of Citi's 2026 India Conference. The company crossed the ₹1 lakh crore AUM milestone, reaching ₹1,01,230 crore with 25% YoY growth. Retail now comprises 85% of total AUM (₹85,885 crore), up from just 9% pre-DHFL merger. FY26 Consolidated PAT surged 210% YoY to ₹1,506 crore, with Q4 FY26 PAT at ₹502 crore (up 390% YoY). The Growth business PBT for FY26 stood at ₹1,560 crore, up 74% YoY, with RoAUM at 2.1%. Legacy AUM has been reduced to just ₹2,807 crore (3% of total AUM), down 93% since March 2022. The company raised inaugural $350 million DFI funding from IFC and ADB, received multiple rating upgrades to AA+ from Crisil, ICRA and Care, and has ₹24,600 crore in assessed tax losses.
The company is delivering strong growth with improving profitability and asset quality. The transition from a wholesale-dominated book to a retail-led model with 85% retail exposure positions it well for sustainable growth. FY27 targets indicate continued momentum with 25% AUM growth and 50% profit growth guidance.
