Piramal Finance has informed the exchanges about an analyst and institutional investor meeting scheduled for 24th March 2026 at the Jefferies 2nd India NBFC Access Day in Mumbai, along with its January 2026 investor presentation. The presentation outlines a target of reaching ₹1.5 lakh crore in total AUM by FY28, supported by a 95:5 mix of growth versus legacy business. As of Q3 FY26, consolidated AUM stood at ₹96,690 crore (up 23% year-on-year), with growth business PBT at ₹427 crore (up 101% YoY) and consolidated PAT at ₹401 crore (up 940% YoY). Retail AUM grew 34% YoY to ₹79,413 crore across 518 branches, while Wholesale 2.0 AUM rose 35% YoY to ₹12,047 crore. Key updates include Crisil assigning an AA+ rating to long-term debt, a $350 million inaugural DFI funding from IFC and ADB, and the announced monetisation of its Shriram Life Insurance stake for ₹600 crore.
The presentation highlights strong business momentum, improving profitability (RoAUM at 1.9%), stable asset quality, and reduced leverage, which are positive signals for shareholders. Upgrades in credit ratings and new global funding lines strengthen the balance sheet, while the meeting may provide further visibility on growth plans to institutional investors.
