Piramal Finance reported Q1 FY27 PAT of Rs 461 Cr, up 67% YoY. AUM grew 25% YoY to Rs 1,06,940 Cr, with retail AUM up 32% at Rs 91,249 Cr. Retail disbursements rose 44% to Rs 12,527 Cr. Net interest income up 43%. Cost-to-income improved to 52.5% from 65.6%. Growth business RoAUM rose to 1.9% from 1.5%. GNPA stable at 2.4%, NNPA at 1.6%. Board approved fund raise of up to Rs 4,000 Cr subject to shareholder approval. Network spans 780 branches across 607 cities, serving 6 million customers.
