Poonawalla Fincorp will hold its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM via video conferencing. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, July 18, 2026 to Friday, July 24, 2026 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date to determine shareholders eligible for e-voting is Friday, July 17, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from July 20, 2026 (9:00 AM) to July 23, 2026 (5:00 PM) via the NSDL platform.
