Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 87,290 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2021. The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board on August 22, 2025. These new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares of the company.
