Power Finance Corporation has informed stock exchanges that the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has appointed Shri Pankaj Gupta (DIN: 03415536) as a part-time Non-Official Director on the company's board. The appointment is for three months or until further orders, effective from the date of assuming charge on 22.06.2026.
