PTC India Financial Services (PFS) has completed the resolution of Vento Power Infra's NPA debt of Rs. 115.60 crore through a 'Change in Management' process. On August 20, 2025, PFS executed definitive agreements with EIE Renewables Pvt. Limited (a subsidiary of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited) to transfer the management of Vento Power Infra. The full transaction value of Rs. 115.60 crore has been received by PFS on the same day. This follows the Letter of Intent issued on June 24, 2025, and concludes the recovery process that was subject to definitive agreements and transaction closure.
