Punjab National Bank reported strong Q4 FY2026 results with net profit of Rs 5,225 crore, up 14.4% year-on-year. Operating profit grew 10.7% to Rs 7,500 crore while Return on Assets improved to 1.06%. The bank's global business crossed Rs 29.7 lakh crore with advances growing 12.7% YoY to Rs 12.6 lakh crore and deposits rising 9.2% to Rs 17.1 lakh crore. Asset quality showed significant improvement with Gross NPA declining to 2.95% (down 100 bps) and Net NPA at 0.29% (down 11 bps). Provision Coverage Ratio strengthened to 97.14%.
