PNB reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,690 crore for Q1 FY27 (Apr-Jun 2026), marginally up from Rs 1,675 crore YoY. Gross NPA ratio improved sharply to 2.78% from 3.78% YoY; Net NPA at 0.70%. Capital Adequacy Ratio strong at 18.11% with CET1 at 14.52%. EPS at Rs 4.83 versus Rs 4.55. Provisioning Coverage Ratio rose to 97.23% from 96.88%. Bank transferred Rs 4,143.55 crore from Investment Fluctuation Reserve to General Reserve per RBI directive. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified limited review report.
