Punjab National Bank has informed exchanges that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 13, 2026, approved a change in its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The bank is switching its RTA from Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. to KFin Technologies Limited. The decision follows a structured Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
