Punjab National Bank has informed the stock exchanges about two changes in its senior management effective around the turn of the year. Shri Rakesh Grover, Chief General Manager of the General Services Administration Division at Head Office, retired on 31 December 2025 on account of superannuation. In his place, Shri Vishesh Kumar Srivastava has been appointed as Chief General Manager (In-Charge) of the same division with effect from 1 January 2026. Srivastava is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and CAIIB holder, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance and over 36 years of experience within the bank. The change is filed under SEBI Listing Regulations and signed by the Company Secretary.
