Punjab & Sind Bank reported its highest ever net profit of Rs.1,322 crore for FY26, up 30.12% YoY, with total business growing 14.94% to Rs.2,63,652 crore. Gross advances grew 18.29% and core fee income rose 22% to Rs.759 crore. Asset quality improved with Gross NPA reducing from 3.38% to 2.40% and Net NPA from 0.96% to 0.79%. The bank flagged some MSME segment stress causing Q4 slippages of Rs.355 crore but expects recovery. Management guided for FY27 deposit growth of 13-14%, advances growth of 16-18%, and targets Rs.4,00,000 crore business by FY29.
