PVV Infra Ltd has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a stake in Aqua Dynamics Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., which has been awarded a 9 MW solar power project by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). PVV Infra will initially pick up 49% equity and the remaining 51% after project completion, taking 100% ownership. Total project cost is around ₹30 crore, to be fully funded by PVV Infra. Land is already acquired, project work is underway, and completion is expected by March 2026 with revenue starting from April 2026 for a 25-year period. The company says this marks a shift from traditional infrastructure into renewable energy. Separately, Mr. Nitin Sinha has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive category) effective September 5, 2025, bringing over 25 years of cross-industry experience including green energy and infrastructure.
This is a meaningful diversification move into solar energy with a long 25-year revenue tail, which could provide predictable cash flows from FY27 onwards. The ₹30 crore investment is significant relative to a small-cap infrastructure company and signals a strategic pivot, which investors should weigh against execution and funding risks.
