PVV Infra's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 782.59 lakhs from Rs. 2,138.51 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a drop of about 63%. Net profit also declined steeply to Rs. 73.88 lakhs from Rs. 482.06 lakhs year-on-year (down ~85%), though it improved sequentially from Rs. 52.96 lakhs in Q4 FY25. The board also approved a stock split in the ratio of 1:2 (one share of Rs. 10 face value to two shares of Rs. 5 face value), subject to shareholder approval, to improve liquidity and affordability for small investors. The 30th AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2025 via video conferencing, with book closure from September 5 to 11, 2025. The auditor (SMV & Co) issued a standard limited review report with no qualifications.
The steep year-on-year decline in both revenue and profit is a significant negative for shareholders, even though the split may improve trading liquidity. The stock split is typically neutral on fundamentals but could attract more retail participation; investors should watch whether Q2 shows a recovery from this weak Q1.
