PVV Infra reported strong Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs 1,624.46 lakhs, nearly doubling from Rs 825.38 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (~97% YoY growth). Net profit surged to Rs 420.93 lakhs from just Rs 11.82 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue grew modestly to Rs 3,500.27 lakhs (vs Rs 3,317 lakhs), while net profit rose ~43% to Rs 706.26 lakhs. Profitability improved sharply, with PBT margin expanding from about 1.7% in Q3 FY25 to roughly 30.5% in Q3 FY26. Alongside results, the board approved a 1:5 stock split (face value from Rs 5 to Rs 1, record date March 27, 2026) to improve affordability and liquidity. A rights issue of up to Rs 49.33 crores is also underway (Feb 13–19, 2026), and two new independent directors were appointed subject to shareholder approval.
Strong YoY earnings growth and sharply improved margins are positive signals for shareholders. The stock split and rights issue aim to broaden the investor base and raise capital, which could boost liquidity but also dilute existing shareholders depending on uptake.
