PVV Infra Ltd reported audited standalone results for FY26 with revenue from operations of Rs 5,635.31 lakhs, up 41.4% from Rs 3,984.73 lakhs in FY25. Net profit grew to Rs 714.64 lakhs from Rs 548.36 lakhs, a 30.3% increase. However, EPS declined to Rs 0.51 from Rs 0.95 in the prior year, partly due to an increase in share capital (face value reduced from Rs 10 to Rs 1, increasing share count). The company has 5 subsidiaries including PVV Solar Power, PVV EVtech, PVV Steel Traders and PVV Housing. The auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board also approved appointment of Mr. Gadde Rama Krishna as CFO effective May 29, 2026. Cash flow from operations turned positive at Rs 3,538.30 lakhs compared to negative Rs 2,507.90 lakhs in FY25, a significant improvement.
Strong revenue and profit growth demonstrates solid operational performance, though the lower EPS per share may limit near-term re-rating. The clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flow reversal are positives for investor confidence.
