Rail Vikas Nigam has informed that its Board meeting originally scheduled for 21st May 2026 has been rescheduled to 25th May 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026, after review by the Audit Committee. The Board will also consider recommending a Final Dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
