Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd has informed exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on 21 May 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, after review by the Audit Committee. The Board will also consider recommending a Final Dividend for FY 2025-26, which will be subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
