Repco Home Finance reported its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with standalone profit before tax rising to Rs. 587.49 crore from Rs. 524.72 crore a year ago. Total assets grew to Rs. 14,602 crore, with the loan book at Rs. 14,109 crore. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4 per share (40% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. It also approved raising up to Rs. 1,500 crore via non-convertible debentures and Rs. 1,000 crore via commercial paper on private placement. The statutory auditor M/s R. Subramanian and Company LLP issued an unmodified opinion, and Mr. Vaidyanathan S Iyer, the existing Head of Internal Audit, was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26.
The double-digit growth in profit and loan book along with a steady dividend signals healthy operational performance, while the large fund-raising plan indicates continued growth appetite. The appointment is a routine internal governance matter and unlikely to move the stock on its own.
