Repco Home Finance reported its highest-ever quarterly disbursement of Rs.1,186 Crores in Q4 FY2026, with full-year disbursements at Rs.4,148 Crores (+26% YoY). AUM grew 9.6% to Rs.15,880 Crores. Asset quality improved significantly with GNPA reducing from 3.26% to 2.55% and Stage 2 assets from 9.5% to 7%. NIM expanded to 5.38%. Profit for the year stood at Rs.453 Crores, though one-time items (interest method change -Rs.11.53 Cr, Labor Code -Rs.15 Cr, Silver Jubilee -Rs.5 Cr, CSR increase -Rs.15 Cr) totaling ~Rs.46 Crores impacted reported earnings. The company declared 75% dividend (highest ever). Management targets Rs.5,000 Crores disbursement and Rs.18,000 Crores AUM for FY2027, with Rs.25,000 Crores AUM targeted by FY2029. NHB sanctioned Rs.600 Crores refinance facility expected to reduce cost of funds by 10-15 bps.
Strong operational performance with improving asset quality and disbursement momentum. NHB refinance will aid margin, but competitive pricing pressure persists. Management maintained multi-year growth targets despite persistent high prepayment/closures, particularly in the vintage non-salaried loan book.
