Rose Merc Ltd has resubmitted a Revised Limited Review Report to BSE after the exchange flagged a format discrepancy on April 22, 2025. The original Limited Review Report on Consolidated Results did not follow the SEBI-prescribed format (per circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/44/2019). The company clarified that there is no change whatsoever to the actual Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for Q1 FY25, which were originally filed on August 14, 2024. The Q1 FY25 results show a sharp turnaround: Standalone revenue rose to ₹176.41 lakh (vs ₹59.90 lakh YoY) and net profit swung to ₹142.10 lakh from a loss of ₹38.14 lakh; Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹407.83 lakh with a net profit of ₹166.48 lakh versus a loss of ₹38.14 lakh. The auditor B.B. Gusani & Associates issued an unqualified review conclusion with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter matters.
This is a procedural compliance correction with no change to the underlying financials, so it should not materially affect the stock price. The clean, unqualified auditor opinion and strong YoY profit swing in the original results remain intact and supportive.
