Sansera Engineering filed its investor presentation ahead of the Q1FY26 earnings call scheduled for August 12, 2025. Q1FY26 revenue grew 3% year-on-year to INR 7,663 Mn, while EBITDA rose 4% to INR 1,321 Mn with margins holding steady at 17.2%. Profit after tax jumped 26% YoY to INR 630 Mn, lifting PAT margin from 6.7% to 8.2%, helped by lower finance costs and other income. The order book stood healthy at Rs. 20,243 Mn, up 21% from March 2025, with new order wins of INR 1,732 Mn during the quarter, spread across auto-ICE (36%), PV+CV (30%), 2W (23%) and tech-agnostic & xEV (25%). Exports from India declined 20.6% YoY due to global uncertainties, though the Swedish subsidiary posted 80% YoY revenue growth on a low base.
Soft top-line growth reflects weak global auto demand and slowing xEV sales with a key North American customer, which may weigh on the stock in the near term. However, strong PAT growth, margin discipline, and a robust order book with growing ADS (Aerospace, Defence & Semiconductor) exposure provide earnings visibility and signal resilience.
