Scan Projects Ltd has reconstituted its Audit Committee following the passing of Mr. Ashok Kamboj, a Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Deepak Sharma, also a Non-Executive Independent Director, has been inducted as a new member in his place. The reconstituted committee now comprises four members: Mr. Jawahar Lal (Chairman), Ms. Prakriti Chandra, Mr. Deepak Sharma, and Mr. Amit Bhatia.
