Senco Gold Limited has submitted the voting results of its postal ballot conducted via remote e-voting from June 16 to July 15, 2025. Two resolutions were put to vote: (1) Special Resolution to re-appoint Smt. Ranjana Sen as Whole-Time Director designated as Chairperson, which passed with 99.64% votes in favour (12,72,49,320 shares), and (2) Ordinary Resolution to re-appoint Smt. Joita Sen as Whole-Time Director, which passed with 99.98% votes in favour (12,76,88,768 shares). Out of 1,72,295 shareholders on record date (June 6, 2025), approximately 78% of total outstanding shares participated in the voting. Both resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority, with only 0.36% and 0.02% dissenting votes respectively. CS Atul Kumar Labh of A.K. Labh & Co. served as the Scrutinizer for the process.
Both director re-appointments were approved by shareholders with near-unanimous support, indicating strong investor confidence in the current leadership. The family-led management (both appointees are part of the Sen promoter family) retains continuity at the board level, with no material governance concerns raised by institutional or public shareholders.
