Re-appointment of Ms. Asha Anil Agarwal for her second term as Independent Director of the Company

SG Finserve has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Asha Anil Agarwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, starting from the conclusion of the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting and running until the conclusion of the 36th AGM. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the 31st AGM. Ms. Agarwal is a retired Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax with around four decades of experience in the Indian Revenue Service, bringing expertise in taxation, finance, and general management. She currently serves on the boards of several companies including APL Apollo Tubes, Authum Investment & Infrastructure, and Kisan Mouldings. She is not related to any director or key managerial personnel of the company and is not debarred by SEBI.
