Shashijit Infraprojects has submitted newspaper clippings of its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended 31 March 2025, as required under SEBI LODR regulations. The results were published in Financial Express (Gujarati) and The Indian Express (English) on 31 May 2025. Total income from operations fell to ₹548.23 lakhs in Q4 FY25 (vs ₹670.43 lakhs in Q4 FY24) and to ₹2,287.47 lakhs for the full year (vs ₹2,735.17 lakhs in FY24). Despite lower revenue, net profit after tax jumped sharply to ₹178.05 lakhs in Q4 (vs ₹102.35 lakhs) and to ₹310.58 lakhs for FY25 (vs ₹61.41 lakhs in FY24), a more than 5x increase. EPS rose to ₹0.58 in FY25 vs ₹0.12 in FY24. Equity share capital also expanded from ₹1,034.40 lakhs to ₹1,453.44 lakhs, indicating a possible share issuance during the year.
Mixed signals for shareholders: revenue is declining, but profitability has improved dramatically, suggesting better margins or one-off gains. The sharp rise in profit and EPS is positive, while the lower top-line and equity dilution from share issuance may temper sentiment.
