Shoppers Stop reported Q4 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,117 Cr (+9% YoY) with EBITDA flat at Rs 187 Cr. Full year FY26 revenue reached Rs 4,708 Cr (+6% YoY) and EBITDA Rs 770 Cr (GAAP). On a consolidated basis, FY26 gross revenue stood at Rs 6,057 Cr (+8% YoY). The company achieved its highest department store LFL growth in 10 years at 4.7% and generated Rs 301 Cr cash from operations (highest in 8 years). Debt was reduced by Rs 109 Cr YoY, keeping the company on track to become debt-free by FY27. The beauty distribution business (GSSBB) grew 81% YoY to Rs 426 Cr with a 3-year CAGR of 90%. Premium brands contributed 71% of total sales with 13% growth. The First Citizen loyalty program expanded to 13.5 million members with Black card base growing 50% YoY.
Revenue growth of 6-9% YoY demonstrates business momentum, though PAT turned negative due to higher finance costs and depreciation under GAAP. The company's focus on premiumization and strong cash generation positions it well for long-term value creation. The debt-free target by FY27 will strengthen the balance sheet, though near-term margin pressure from supply chain inflation remains a concern.
