Shriram Finance Limited has allotted 1,26,275 equity shares (face value Rs.2 each) to 139 employees who exercised their stock options under the SFL ESOS 2023 (No.1) scheme. The shares were allotted on January 9, 2026 at an exercise price of Rs.38.71 per share (premium of Rs.36.71). As a result, the company's paid-up share capital increased from Rs.376,27,24,202 to Rs.376,29,76,752, taking the total issued shares to approximately 188.15 crore.
