Solara Active Pharma Sciences has fixed April 2, 2026 as the record date for the Second & Final call on its Rights Shares issued earlier under a Letter of Offer dated May 9, 2024. The call amount is ₹112.50 per share, split as ₹3.00 towards face value and ₹109.50 towards securities premium. Shareholders holding partly paid-up rights shares as on the record date will receive a call notice for payment. This is a routine follow-up to convert the partly paid rights shares into fully paid-up shares.
