Solara Active Pharma Sciences reported its audited consolidated results for Q4 and FY25 on May 15, 2025. Revenue from operations for FY25 was Rs. 1,283.76 Crores, nearly flat versus Rs. 1,288.92 Crores in FY24. The company swung to a net profit of Rs. 0.54 Crores in FY25, from a loss of Rs. 566.96 Crores in FY24, mainly because FY24 carried a one-time exceptional loss of Rs. 190.17 Crores that did not repeat. Q4 FY25 revenue was Rs. 273.01 Crores with a small loss of Rs. 2.10 Crores. The Board allotted 1,00,000 equity shares under the ESOP 2018 plan at Rs. 252 per share, raising Rs. 2.52 Crores. Mr. S. Murali Krishna retired as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and KMP, and Ms. Pooja Jaya Kumar was appointed in his place effective the same day. The Board also appointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditor, re-appointed M K. Suryanarayanan as Cost Auditor, and appointed Ms. Parimala Natarajan as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion.
FY25 results show a sharp headline turnaround driven by the absence of last year's large exceptional loss, but underlying operations remain marginal. The Company Secretary change is routine and unlikely to affect the stock. The small ESOP dilution and the change in auditors are standard governance housekeeping with no material impact for shareholders.
