Key items: reclassification of Safecrop Investments from promoter to public category (99.99 percent in favor), continuation of Sumir Chadha as nominee director (93.76 percent), and remuneration revisions for MD/CEO Anand Roy, whole-time directors Himanshu Walia and Amitabh Jain, and several independent directors.
