Supra Pacific Financial Services, a BSE-listed NBFC, has formally launched Corporate Agency partnerships with three major insurers: ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Care Health Insurance, and HDFC Life Insurance. The partnerships were announced at a launch event on 15 September 2025 at the company's Ernakulam office, attended by senior leadership from both sides. Through these tie-ups, the company will distribute life, health, and general insurance products to its clients, aiming to diversify revenue and become a one-stop financial services provider. The company has set revenue targets of ₹1.50 crore for FY 2025-26 and ₹6.50 crore for FY 2026-27 from the insurance vertical. Management noted that Q1 FY 2025-26 already showed strong revenue and net profit growth, and expects the insurance business to further boost margins and shareholder returns.
This is a positive strategic development for shareholders — it opens a new revenue stream beyond core NBFC lending, leverages marquee insurance partnerships to accelerate growth, and provides visibility on near-term insurance vertical targets. It may support a re-rating if execution stays on track.
