Tata Capital files FY26 business overview investor presentation

Tata Capital submitted its Business Overview investor presentation for FY 2025-26 to the exchanges. FY26 highlights: Net AUM grew 20 percent year on year to about USD 29.3 billion, total income rose to USD 3.34 billion, profit after tax climbed 32 percent to about USD 512 million, cost to income improved to 38.3 percent from 41.6 percent, GNPA stood at 2.0 percent, and ROE at 12.9 percent. The company has 1,477 branches across 27 states, an AAA domestic credit rating, and completed its merger with Tata Motors Finance in May 2025.
