Tata Capital Limited has invested approximately Rs. 650 crore (Rs. 6,50,02,04,730) into its wholly-owned subsidiary Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited (TCHFL) through a rights issue of 1,29,48,615 equity shares at Rs. 10 each.
