TBO Tek Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Submission of Deed of Variation to the Trust Deed of TBO Employees Benefit Trust'.

TBO Tek Limited has submitted a Deed of Variation to update the Trust Deed of its Employees Benefit Trust (ESOP Trust). The only change is to the principal office address of the trust, which is being shifted from E-78, South Extension Part-I, New Delhi-110049, to Unit No. 501, 5th Floor, Worldmark-4, Aerocity, New Delhi-110037 — the same address as the company's registered office. The filing has been made under Regulation 3(3) of SEBI's Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity Regulations, 2021. All other clauses of the original Trust Deed (dated October 6, 2021) remain unchanged and in force. The variation is signed by Joint Managing Director Gaurav Bhatnagar and trustees Pramendra Tomar and Vineet Maheshwary, with an effective date of March 16, 2026.
