Monthly Transacting Buyers grew 15% YoY to 32,751, while the International business accounted for 14,944 MTBs, up 50% YoY. The company faced geopolitical headwinds in March 2026 (Middle East conflict) impacting ~40% of travel corridors, yet demonstrated structural resilience with organic Hotels + Ancillary GTV growing 20.4% YoY. The Classic Vacations acquisition (completed earlier in FY26) contributed ₹1,073 Cr GTV in the quarter and is being integrated with completion targeted by Q3 FY27. The company launched Voya, an AI-enabled connected itinerary platform, and holds cash and equivalents of ₹1,591.8 Cr.
TBO Tek demonstrated strong growth despite significant geopolitical disruptions in Q4, validating its diversified platform strategy across geographies and products. The 83% revenue growth and improving SG&A cost discipline signal increasing operating leverage, though Adjusted EBITDA margin contracted to 13.6% from 17.7% YoY as investment phase costs weighed. The Classic Vacations integration and North America expansion represent key medium-term growth levers.
