South Indian Bank has published audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q4 and the financial year ended 31 March 2026 in Business Line (All India) and Deepika (Thrissur & Kochi editions) on 07 May 2026. For FY26, standalone total income stood at ₹1,18,560 lakh vs ₹1,12,267 lakh in FY25, while net profit after tax grew to ₹14,551 lakh from ₹13,029 lakh, an increase of ~11.7%. Q4 net profit after tax was ₹4,075 lakh, up ~19.1% from ₹3,422 lakh in Q4 FY25. Basic EPS for the year improved to ₹5.56 from ₹4.98. Net worth increased to ₹1,10,036 lakh from ₹96,462 lakh, and the debt-equity ratio stood at 0.12 vs 0.09 in the prior year.
South Indian Bank reported double-digit profit growth for FY26, driven by improved operational performance. The 19% sequential profit growth in Q4 and higher annual EPS indicate healthy momentum heading into FY27, which should be positive for the stock.
