Thomas Cook (India) Limited has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, to improve destination experiences across the country. As part of the partnership, the company will integrate a co-branded traveller feedback form — standardised by the Ministry — across its physical and digital platforms to collect real-time, verified feedback on cleanliness, safety, accessibility, service standards and overall visitor experience. The anonymised, aggregated data will be shared with the Ministry to help identify and promote India's best-performing tourism destinations and target infrastructure upgrades. The MoU was signed in the presence of senior officials including NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Suman Bery and Minister of State for Tourism Suresh Gopi.
This is a strategic, non-financial partnership that enhances Thomas Cook India's brand visibility and positions it as a key collaborator with the government in shaping domestic tourism policy. While unlikely to move the stock immediately, it strengthens the company's reputation and reach in India's growing domestic travel market.
