Sterling Holiday Resorts, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India), delivered its best-ever Q4 FY26 with Revenue of ₹1,409 million, up 14% YOY. EBITDA stood at ₹348 million with PBT at ₹206 million, marking its 25th consecutive profitable quarter. For the full year FY26, Sterling posted Revenue of ₹5,487 million and EBITDA of ₹1,701 million with a healthy 31% EBITDA margin. The resort business drove the performance, with Resort Revenue growing 15% YOY to ₹4,678 million, contributing 85% of total revenue. Q4 room revenue surged nearly 40% to ₹672 million, with occupancy rising to 64% and ARR increasing 12% to ₹6,347. Sterling expanded to 78 resorts across 65 destinations with over 3,800 rooms, adding nearly 1.5 resorts per month. The company remains completely debt-free with cash reserves of ₹3,400 million and operating free cash flow of ₹1,140 million, up 49% YOY.
