Ujjivan Small Finance Bank reported strong Q4FY26 results with PAT jumping 238% YoY to ₹282 crore, driven by NIM expansion to 8.5% (up 20 bps) and cost of funds contracting 63 bps to 7.0%. Gross Loan Book grew 26.6% YoY to ₹40,655 crore, with secured advances now comprising 49.4% of the book (up 43.5% YoY). Asset quality improved with GNPA/NNPA at 2.3%/0.4%, and PAR moderated sequentially to 3.5%. Credit cost stood at 1.5% with 81% PCR. Total deposits grew 21.4% YoY to ₹45,668 crore, with CASA ratio reaching 28.6%. The bank received RBI response on loan portfolio diversification on April 13th and is re-applying. For FY27, management guided for ~25% loan book growth, RoA of 1.4-1.5%, and credit cost of ~1.6%.
