Union Bank of India shared provisional banking metrics for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. Gross Advances (Global) grew 7.13% YoY to ₹10,16,805 crore, while Domestic Advances grew 7.42% YoY to ₹9,80,643 crore. RAM (Retail, Agriculture, MSME) Advances posted strong growth of 11.49% YoY at ₹5,77,006 crore. Global Deposits rose 3.36% YoY to ₹12,22,856 crore but dipped 0.95% QoQ. CASA Deposits grew 4.99% YoY with CASA ratio improving to 33.95% (up 53 bps YoY). Domestic Credit-to-Deposit ratio expanded sharply to 80.94%, up 360 bps YoY. The data is provisional and pending audit and board approval.
Healthy double-digit growth in the RAM segment and steady credit expansion signal strong business momentum, supportive of earnings. However, the dip in deposits QoQ and rising C/D ratio could pressure margins. Overall a positive operational update for shareholders ahead of formal Q3 results.
