VISA Steel Limited has informed exchanges that shareholders have approved a special resolution to change the name of the company and amend the Memorandum & Articles of Association accordingly. The resolution was passed through a postal ballot with voting held from February 24 to March 25, 2026. Out of 8.48 crore equity shares voted, 99.9973% were in favour and only 0.0027% (2,249 shares) voted against. Promoters holding 6.09 crore shares voted 100% in favour. The scrutinizer D. Raut & Associates has confirmed the resolution as duly passed.
