On the reaction day the stock moved 3.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.8 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Yatharth Hospital's Board approved Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 2,577.71 million from Rs. 2,117.83 million a year ago (~22% growth), while consolidated net profit jumped to Rs. 420.41 million from Rs. 303.84 million (~38% growth). Standalone revenue grew to Rs. 1,301.44 million (vs Rs. 1,189.64 million) with standalone PAT at Rs. 271.22 million (vs Rs. 231.48 million). The Board appointed M/s MKP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30) and re-appointed M/s Subodh Kumar & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY25-26. M/s Saurav Upadhyay & Associates was appointed as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM. The auditor's review report is clean with no qualifications.
Strong Q1 performance on the consolidated side, driven by newly operational hospitals (Model Town, Delhi commenced July 14, 2025), should be viewed positively by investors. Routine auditor appointments are procedural and have no material impact. Investors should note ongoing income tax proceedings (October 2023 searches with provisional attachment of shares/properties) remain unresolved but the company expects no significant liability.
