Photon Capital Advisors' Board approved its Q3 FY26 results on 10-Feb-2026 with a clean (unmodified) Limited Review Report from M. Anandam & Co. On a standalone basis, the company continues to make losses: Q3 loss widened to Rs 11.42 lakh (vs Rs 7.02 lakh loss a year ago), and 9M FY26 loss stood at Rs 31.32 lakh vs Rs 19.21 lakh in 9M FY25. Total income declined to Rs 5 lakh in Q3 from Rs 6.47 lakh last year, with 9M income at Rs 15.26 lakh vs Rs 18.63 lakh. However, on a consolidated basis (including associate Nicosa Consulting Pvt Ltd), the company swung to a Q3 profit of Rs 22.16 lakh and 9M profit of Rs 41.17 lakh, driven by Rs 33.58 lakh share of profit from the associate (vs a Rs 29.82 lakh loss last year). Consolidated EPS for 9M was Rs 2.72 vs negative Rs 2.11 earlier.
Standalone operations remain in losses with shrinking revenue, but the consolidated turnaround hinges entirely on the associate Nicosa Consulting turning profitable. Shareholders should note that the underlying NBFC/advisory business is still loss-making, so the headline profit improvement is not coming from core operations.
