The Board of Web Element Solutions Ltd approved the standalone audited financial results for the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025. For FY25, revenue from operations was Rs. 229.18 lakhs compared to Rs. 230.56 lakhs in FY24, marking a marginal decline of around 0.6%. Net profit for FY25 stood at Rs. 31.38 lakhs versus Rs. 31.28 lakhs in FY24, a flat growth of about 0.3%, with EPS at Rs. 0.463 vs Rs. 0.462 earlier. The statutory auditor, SDG & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
