The Board of India Radiators Limited approved audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a net loss of Rs. 84.92 lakhs for FY25, significantly wider than the Rs. 55.76 lakhs loss in FY24. Q4 FY25 alone posted a net loss of Rs. 36.08 lakhs, more than 2.5x the Rs. 13.53 lakhs loss in the year-ago quarter. Total income for FY25 was nearly flat at Rs. 6.57 lakhs (vs Rs. 6.66 lakhs), while total expenses jumped sharply to Rs. 111.45 lakhs from Rs. 86.05 lakhs. The balance sheet reveals deeply negative shareholder equity of Rs. (37.03) lakhs, as accumulated losses (other equity) deteriorated to Rs. (127.03) lakhs. Cash flow from operations turned negative at Rs. (0.83) lakhs versus a positive Rs. 2.73 lakhs last year. Statutory auditor DPY & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Negative for shareholders — widening losses, negative net worth, and negative operating cash flow point to serious financial distress and continued erosion of book value, despite the clean audit opinion on the numbers themselves.
